is crosman ammo ok for a tri burst shotgun?

| i have heard crosman ammo is bad, and i have heard it is not if you have a stock AEG barrel? what about a DE tri-shot shotgun? i have never had a problem with it and i have used quite a bit of it. what do you guys think?
ps. i know this is already on here, no one said anything about the shotgun.

| feel free to use the bbs in a gun like that, it's a springer. Of course it's not suggested but its a 50 dollar gun that is really quite simple.
