June 18, 2011 Battle Report

Today was a great game. Maxed out around 22-24 people and stayed till around 530pm

1st Game- Deathmatch with 2 respawns, 10 v 10. Team 1 had 3 players flank left along the creek with the rest pushing forward. Team 2 from what I could see sent 2 players along the creek to counter the flankers but were only initially successful in taking out Dave. I ended up pushing too far forward and got caught trying to look into the shadowy area of the woods from bright sunlight which is basically impossible but took out 6-8 guys before losing my first life. Team 1 took the win with Austin and the 2 smaller kids left standing.

2nd Game- Attack and Defend at satcom delta and checkpoint delta. Team 1 had 7 players and Team 2 had 10-15 players. Team 2 pushed a hard frontal assault and took satcom delta relatively quickly then they basically surrounded the checkpoint until getting in a close enough range for safety kills

3rd Game- Attack and Defend: 6 attackers 4 Defenders while we waited for some guys to get back. Eric led the Defensive Team against my Attacking team. Smoke grenades got wet so they were very ineffective but we ended up taking the ridge with almost all of the attacking team cresting the ridge at the same time

4th Game- Attack and Defend: another ridge game but sides were switched and returning guys went on attacking. Dave's gun ran out of battery so I lent him my pistol to hold off the attackers but we were running out of ammo fast and my gun was really low on battery. We were soon overpowered and attackers won that game

Any other input from other players are welcome. I can only report on what I saw. Hope everyone enjoyed the day, see you on the field again soon
